Microneedling VS. Nanoneedling

Microneedling

Microneedling, or Collagen Induction Therapy, is a medical aesthetic service that treats acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks, texture and pore size. This service begins with a double medical cleanse and topical numbing. A hyaluronic acid serum is applied to the area being treated and it can be done anywhere on the body. Common treatment areas include the face, neck and chest, however it has also been beneficial for back scarring and c-section scars.

For best results, microneedling should be done in a series of treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. It’s an incredible corrective treatment, but is also beneficial for those looking to maintain and build collagen for anti-aging. With microneedling, you will first notice an immediate glow to the skin, but it takes 90 days to see the full result of the treatment.
